We’ll submit your eye care charges to your vision insurance company for you. To make that go smoothly, please bring all forms, cards and any other information your plan requires to your appointment.
People mix these up all the time, and it’s an easy mistake to make. Regular health insurance covers you against the cost of unexpected eye injuries and disease. Vision insurance is a wellness benefit — it’s built to cover routine eye care, prescription eyewear and other vision services at a reduced cost. Because we handle both medical and routine eye care, we accept a range of plans so that most of what you need is covered somewhere.
This list isn’t exhaustive. If you don’t see your plan, call us and ask — there’s a good chance we take it.
We’ll do everything we can to get you the maximum benefit your plan allows. Anything your insurer doesn’t cover remains the patient’s responsibility, so to avoid surprises later, please be ready to pay your bill or co-pay at the time of your visit.
